Appetizer pepper with cheese

Ingredients
400 g roasted, peeled peppers
250 g sheep brined feta cheese
15-20 basil leaves
2-3 cloves garlic
2 scallions, white part only
50 ml olive oil
50 ml sunflower oil
salt, pepper
vinegar or lemon juice to taste
walnuts, toasted and chopped

Method
Peppers cut into small cubes. Put them nuts, blend garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil leaves, cut into julienne and white part of the onion, cut into very fine rings. Mix well. The feta cheese cut into cubes and add to the peppers with the oil and olive oil, stir gently. * I used the walnut vinegar and put nuts.

I do not know where in Bulgaria sell walnut vinegar, I buy it here in warehouses for food. I mentioned it to explain the lack of walnuts in the photos. Fat is of an eye, in a generous livka of any bottle. However, it is a matter of taste :) We currently do not consume fresh salads, so do large amounts of appetizers and snacks, and put more fat, so last 4-5 days in the fridge.

What delicious meals get ... Served on toast and grated cheese on top.

Ive, very happy :) And I intend to do again a double dose of this time to try and rolls, I have not thought so far as to present it.
