Banitsi with ricotta and blue cheese

Ingredients
400 g filo pastry sheets
200 g blue cheese
200 g ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
oregano
pinch of salt
sunflower oil
Method
Confuse products filling. Open the peel and cut into 4 parts. Spray with sunflower oil (nebulizer). Put the filling at one end and wrap the ends inward. Wrap the roll of a crust. Turn rolls in another sheet as spray again with sunflower oil at the beginning and end of the turn. Freeze in the chamber for a few minutes and fry in hot fat. If you do not like fried bake in oven heated to 200C as before baking brush gently brush the banitsi with sunflower oil. Bake until golden. * You can turn on triangles.

banichka look wonderful! I tried something similar, but with rice peel and usually cheese. I can not imagine how delicious are, having blue cheese as an ingredient is already :) Bookmark
