Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
3 eggs
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup rice
3 scallions (maybe 1 per old)
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 connection mint or 1/2 tsp dried
200 g breadcrumbs
grated cheese
salt and pepper

Method
Courgettes grate and gently squeeze. To these are added all products without breadcrumbs and cheese. All mix well and pour into greased baking dish. Above is bombarded with breadcrumbs so as to cover the thick mixture. sprinkle with a little sunflower oil, grated cheese and bake at 180C about 50 minutes. A tasty dish with a crispy crust.

No. Fully absorb all liquids and cooks well.
