Ingredients
4 kg mushrooms pripanki
5-6 tomatoes
10 roasted peppers
2 carrots
1 bunch parsley
pepper, salt
100 ml sunflower oil

Method
Clean and wash mushrooms are finely chopped. Steamed in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Taken out of the water and placed in a suitable container. To these are added the oil, grated tomatoes, peppers and carrots chopped. So fry for 15-20 minutes until the water evaporates, add pepper and parsley. Bulk in jars and sterilized for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
