400 g filo pastry sheets
50 ml sunflower oil spreads

200 g sour cream
4 eggs
2-3 tbsp flour
salt
300-400 g cheese

Method
Products for stuffing mix in a bowl, mix well, the feta cheese is added finally - particulate. Each crust is sprinkled with about 2 tbsp of the mixture, rolled on a roll and are arranged in pre-greased pan with sunflower oil. Banitsa wound is smeared with a brush with sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven at 200-220C degrees.
