500 g zucchini
200 g sour cream
salt
sunflower oil
dill
garlic optional

Method
Courgettes are cleaned and cut into cubes. Put them in a saucepan and cover with water. Add the salt and the oil. When the mixture boils add the garlic and dill. Once they are ready courgettes be removed from the heat and add sour cream.
