Bread with bacon and cheese

Ingredients
20 g fresh yeast
300 ml warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
80 ml sunflower oil
550 g flour
100 g bacon or ham
150 g cheese
2- 3 cloves garlic
rosemary, basil

Method
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar and 2-3 tbsp of flour. Then sift the flour and salt and do * well * in the middle. Pour the yeast and begin to interfere dough. At the end of mixing and add the oil. Put the dough in the bowl and leave in a warm place to rise. After an hour the dough has increased its volume 3 times. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle about 1 cm thick. Put on the dough thinly sliced ​​cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and spices. Roll up the dough into a roll and spread with a little sunflower oil outside. Put it in a pan and riddled with knife to not deform during baking. Bake at 180C degrees until golden.
