Milky stew in Gabrovo

Ingredients
800 g boneless lamb
1/3 cup melted butter or sunflower oil
1 bunch spring onions
1 tbsp tomato puree or tomato 3
1 kg yoghurt
4 eggs
1 tbsp flour
paprika
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Meat, cut into chunks fry in fat. When browned, add the chopped onion with tomato paste, dissolved in 2/3 cup hot water. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, mix well and the mixture Transfer the pan. Pour water to cover products and bake in a moderate oven. When the meat is tender, put sauce of beaten eggs, flour, yogurt, black pepper, chopped parsley and salt. Bake until casseroles are browned on top.

And can it happen with other meat other than lamb? Bravo!

I was not prepared to interfere with another, only to be approached with fresh onions.

If we add the Tarus will be great, typical Gabrovo spice.
