Cyprus cake

Ingredients
# For the dough:
2 cup flour
2 cup water
1 cup sunflower oil
pinch of salt
chopped walnuts
cinnamon
# For the syrup:
2 cup sugar
3 cups Water
vanilla

Method
Involved soft dough. Short ball is a ball of it and doizmesva with flour. Roll out thin crust 2-3 mm, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Wrinkled from both ends to the middle (harmonica) and arrange in a greased rectangular tray. Baked in a hot oven until pink and moist.
