Ingredients
1 cup pitted cherries
30 g butter
4 eggs
100 g sugar
1 cup ground biscuits
Method
The butter, sugar and egg yolks are broken well. Add crackers and stir again. Pour the cherries and beaten egg whites. Mix everything. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
