Ingredients
          75 g of coffee (ground)
          1 liter milk
          125 g sugar
          yolks 6
          6 tsp gelatine
          250 g cream
              Method
              Coffee is warmed in a pan with non-stick bottom and pour into warm milk. Then sealed for 10 minutes in order to take the milk flavor of the coffee. Yolks are broken down with sugar and gradually add the milk. The mixture was put on fire until it sticks to the spoon. Add gelatin, previously dissolved in cold water.
