500 g lamb
300 g rice
500 g spinach
1 carrot
1/2 bunch fresh onions
pepper 1
2 tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp mint
salt

Method
The meat is put to boil. In a separate pot fry the finely chopped onion, carrot, pepper and tomatoes. As vegetables soften put flour, stirred, not to burn. Was then added and spinach, which was very small fry. Then add the broth from the cooked meat and the meat after bone either be added to the products. Like boiled spinach and add the rice after it is cooked and add black pepper, mint and salt. Make a soup thickener from the yolks and yogurt and add to the already finished soup.
