Ingredients
2 onions
250 g minced meat
2 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g cheese
2 tbsp tomato paste
3-4 cloves garlic
8 ready pancakes
salt
pepper
paprika
savory
thyme
pinch of sugar

Method
One onion cut into small pieces and stew in half the fat. Add one tomato, peeled and chopped. As the fat remains and add the minced meat. Fry and add spices. This stuffing is wrap the pancakes. Arrange in a baking dish and pour sauce with the following: 1 head finely chopped onion stew in 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil, add one peeled and chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, a pinch of salt and sugar, 3-4 cloves chopped garlic. The sauce boil to thicken. Once the pancakes are swamped with sauce, baked for 10 minutes in the oven at 220-230 C. Sprinkle with grated cheese and dopichat redness.
