Bulgur with green beans and minced meat

Ingredients
150-200 g bulgur
500 g green beans
1 onion
200 ml tomato juice or tomatoes from 5 jar, mashed with a fork
300 g beef
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp vegetable bouillon powder
1 tsp cumin, ground
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 cloves garlic
pepper, salt

Method
The bulgur, pour 2 cups hot water and soak 30 minutes. If necessary, make up more water. The beans are cleaned from the strings and cut into chunks. In a pan heat the oil and fry it for about 5 minutes and mince the onion, finely chopped. Add broth, tomato juice, cumin and beans. Make up water enough to cover them, and boil gently for about 20 minutes until cooked green beans. The bulgur drain in a sieve or cloth and added to the dish. Place a tomato paste, garlic (crushed or passaged), stir well and add salt and pepper. * In the net there are many variations of this recipe (Burghul Ma`a Fasulija) - this is who I cook. Anyone can add or remove the spices. And some crumbled feta cheese in the dish. Matter of preference.
