Ingredients
500 g green beans
20 g butter
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
piece of onion
2 sprigs of dill
2 sprigs parsley
stock
50 g sour cream
pepper
salt
vinegar
Method
Clean beans cut into pieces, place in a small amount of salted water and stew until soft. Strain. The flour is placed in the heated butter, add the chopped onion and fry. Add dill and parsley, pour broth and vazvaryava. Put them beans, vinegar, pepper, salt and shattered cream and boil a few minutes with constant stirring.
