Ingredients
150 g biscuits
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp sugar
fruit compote 1 (800 g) of pineapple or apricots
250 g unsalted cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
2 tsp starch
1 vanilla
1 tbsp almond nuts
Method
The butter is melted and mixed well with the crushed biscuits and 1 tbsp sugar. The mixture is formed by squeezing the bottom of the baking dish. Starch is diluted with some of the cream of thick kashitsa and added to the ext cream, sugar pretritata sieve cottage cheese, vanilla and beaten eggs. Add finely chopped fruit compote. The filling is distributed evenly over the biscuit base. Cake bake about 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve after cool down well with the syrup from the compote poured into small cups.
