Homemade eclairs

Ingredients
# For eclairste:
1 cup water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup flour
3-4 eggs - depends on their size

500 ml milk
5 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
7-8 tbsp sugar
50 g butter

Method
The water and the oil boil on the stove, then add the flour and stir a few minutes until it becomes a thick mixture. Get out of the heat and leave to cool. I think oil is a bit much and become very greasy.
