3 eggs
cornflakes
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Boiled potatoes are left to cool, peel and carefully cut into rings, taking care not to cut, but to remain intact pieces. Dip in beaten eggs, then in cornflakes, then again in eggs, fried and drained on paper.
