Ingredients
          500 ml milk
          400 ml liquid pastry cream
          15 g gelatin
          1 cup sugar
          # TOPPING:
          1/2 lemon
          1/2 cup sugar
          500 g strawberries

          Method
              Preheat the milk with cream and sugar. Dip the gelatine in cold water and when ready, broke it and add the milk, stirring constantly, but not boil. Pour into shapes custard or low glass cups cream and once cool, place in the refrigerator overnight. Clean strawberries and mix them with a mixer with sugar and juice of half a lemon. Add just before serving.     * The salad can be replaced and ready to jam. Suitable decoration are mint leaves.

Instead of sweet, put strawberry topping. In panakotata put 2 vanillin. Very very tasty dessert!
