Ingredients
500 g bulgur wheat or Hulled
150 g sunflower oil (butter)
sugar for sprinkling
salt

Method
Put to boil 1 1/2 liters of water with a little salt. The bulgur is washed in several waters and put in the boiling water, stirring constantly, until the mess and no uncooked grains. Shortly before to get away from the stove is preparzhva the oil or the butter and add to keshkeka and stir until it over. Finished keshkek is served sprinkled with sugar or feta cheese.

Yes, it keshkeka do with Hulled wheat, but when asked to store wheat for keshkek gave me a packet that says groats and wheat was the same ... for this and so I have written, I will add in brackets Hulled cereal grains to no nedorozomeniya. In our village, as I wrote keshkeka doing and do mostly before the wedding the newlyweds to health, and the whole village walks in the bride's house to try.
