Ingredients
          2 onions
          2 red onion
          3 green onions
          500 g mushrooms
          200 g corn
          1 tbsp garlic powder
          soy sauce
          olive oil

          Method
              In saucepan or large pan pour pre-cut onions, red onions and green onions. Pour a little olive oil and a little water (maybe mushroom broth instead of water). Once the onion is saute, add cleaned and sliced mushrooms and corn. Pour with soy sauce and add the garlic. Leave some time to simmer with a lid to smother all vegetables. Optional can top up more liquid. Serve as a complement to meat or even as a main dish. Much goes with white wine or samotok.
