Stuffed eggplant with feta cheese and tomatoes

Ingredients
4 eggplants
100 g feta cheese
50 g cheese
2 tomatoes
1 sprig of basil
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
Stuffed eggplant with feta cheese and tomatoes

Method
Eggplants cut in half length. The inner is separated by means of a spoon. Sprinkle with a little sunflower oil and bake in a greased pan for about 20 minutes. Mix chopped interior of eggplants, tomatoes and basil. Add 2 tbsp sunflower oil, salt and pepper. The mixture stew for about 10 minutes. Add grated cheese and 3/4 crushed feta cheese. Grilled eggplants are filled with the mixture on them Grate the remaining feta cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

This time I added cheese instead of cheese, 2 cloves pressed garlic crumbs and 1 slice of brown bread.
