Basmati Rice with vegetables and mushrooms

Ingredients
100 g basmati rice
150-200 g mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 onion
1 cube vegetable broth
salt, pepper
juice and sheet 1-2 slices of lemon to taste

Method
Vegetables and Mushrooms cut and fry in a little oil. Then add the rice, pre-washed very well. By pozaparzhi pour water - in a ratio of 1: 4 (this rice takes a lot of water and even more no problem just will not become too dry and would be juicy). Add bouillon cube, salt, pepper. After about 10-15 minutes the rice is ready. Before removing from the fire can put a little juice and zest, it is very fresh and tasty.

If you cook with basmati would be better to pour water in the ratio 1: 2 (1 cup rice 2 cups water). Otherwise Basmati will become as ordinary rice. :)

Thanks :) I have tried to dress it in this ratio, as you say Nurka, it is delicious, but I prefer a succulent rice and therefore usually put water on the eye until you get to my taste :)
