1 zucchini
3 tomatoes
2 onions
1 green pepper
2 sticks celery
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
salt

Method
All vegetables cut in large pieces put in an appropriate pot, add sunflower oil, salt and make up with water. Put it on stove to boil until vegetables soften. Blend with cream blender. Can be served with croutons optional.

This soup is great and very easy! Do it with vegetables that I have now and always becomes more different from the previous and always successful. I add a spoonful of sour cream per serving, and the children love to grate cheese.
