Method

perunika, I'm glad that you like morkovchetata. Can be made with puff pastry, but as I wrote in the recipe, the intentional use pizza dough. It roasting not inflate retains the form of roast and becomes brittle.

Thank you girls and I saw them for the first time, I was fascinated by the idea. Easy as performance and very effective. I made them for Easter and definitely impressed guests. Can be prepared from sweet dough can be filled with cream of your choice and decorate with leaves of carrots. Can not wait to see you and your carrots :)

This time I shaped morkovchetata as follows: From the dough cut to thin strips folded in two and I shaped thin wicks (do not basement with nothing). Nun with fold to pre-oiled metal shapes.
