100 g soft butter
20 g feta cheese Parmesan
150 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme

Method
Kartoftie grate into a bowl and add to all the other products. Kneads dough is soft. On floured countertop rolled thin crust it cut cookies with desired shape. I have prepared Winnie the Pooh and his friends. Bake on a tray littered with paper baking in a preheated oven at 170C degrees.

Zori, still nice recipe! Just want to ask - do you think that potatoes can be substituted with ready mix mashed potato? Just got quite a few bags and wonder how to utilize them.
I tried to ready potato mixture, but I think that will happen. Maybe you need a little more flour
