Spaghetti with minced meat and tomato chutney

Ingredients
250 g spaghetti
250 g minced meat
1 large onion
1 carrot
3 tbsp chutney
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
3 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g cheese

Method
Boil the pasta according to the instruction of the package and leave them to cool. Grate the carrot and onion on a grater. Fry the onions and carrots in the oil until soft. Add the minced meat pork, aiming to shatter into small pieces. Fry products while acquire a nice golden color. Add basil and oregano, and stew about 3 minutes. Finally add the chutney and mix nice. When the sauce is posgastil down from the heat. Distribute the pasta in the serving plates and pour the sauce. Finally add the grated cheese.

To receive very tasty. You can add mushrooms. Sometimes instead of mince put ham, cut into retail.
