Gratin of mashed potatoes and minced meat

Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
500 g minced meat mixture
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
2 cup milk
egg 1
2 tbsp margarine
100 g grated cheese
salt, pepper, parsley

Method
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until soft. Minced meat with onion and garlic and a little water stew for about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and blend them. Add milk, margarine and egg. Add salt and mixed well. To put minced meat parsley and pepper. Half of the puree spread in the pan, minced meat top and cover with remaining sauce.
