Pretzels stuffed with cottage cheese

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) milk
10 g yeast
5 eggs
salt
300 g cottage cheese
60 g butter

Method
From the flour, the butter, 4 eggs, yeast, fuzzy in milk, salt and knead the dough, which let rise in a warm place. Then the dough is rolled into a sheet 1 cm thick, and cut into squares. In the middle of each square put cottage cheese. Squares are folded diagonally into triangles that are pressed with fingers the edges to stick together, coated with beaten egg and bake in a moderate oven until browned.
