Mushroom soup with carrot and onion

Ingredients
500 g of fresh mushrooms of your choice
1 onion
1 thin carrot
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp butter or sunflower oil
salt
pepper samardala, 1 bouillon cube , pinch savory
Water
1 tbsp chopped dill
250 ml milk
4 cloves garlic

Method
Cleaning sponges (royal mushrooms in this case) are cut into chunks, carrot into rings and onions finely and fry in 2 tbsp butter . Make up water as you decide (about 1.8 liters). Boil for 30 minutes or until ready to mushrooms, finally add salt and season with pepper, bouillon cube, samardalata and savory. Add milk and boil again. In the remaining oil fry the red pepper and add to the soup, add the dill and crushed garlic. Boil for 5 minutes and ready.

Great supichka. I allowed myself to *profane* with a little vermicelli and get very nice. Missed only garlic, but the recipe is a tried and delicious
