Moist cake meal

1 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup water
10 g baking powder
2 tbsp brandy (rum)
2 cup wheat semolina
1 cup flour
ground walnuts for sprinkling
# For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup water

Products are confused by hand in the order in which they are listed. Pour the mixture into a greased pan (approximately 20x30 cm). On top sprinkle with ground walnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees about 40 minutes. Finished cake to cool. Cut into squares or diamonds. Prepare the syrup of sugar and water, which syrup sweets. * I caramelized sugar and then add the water. So syrup with caramel syrup. * Before presenting sprinkle with more crushed walnuts.

I love everything with semolina. Tomorrow I'll try this yummy. And of course, that will report. But I'm sure in the result.

I syrup with 2 cups water 2 cups sugar, but it was not enough syrup. Next time will try with 3. Grated zest.

Next time will only increase the dose because our little Malena great cake. It quickly becomes very tasty. Just added cinnamon course a matter of taste. Goes to favorites.

Wonderful recipe especially for lovers of syrupy sweets. I put a little more syrup to become even more juicy. :)

I like quick and easy recipes. Sometimes I want something sweet quickly and behold I came across this great recipe. Try it without hesitation.

I just syrupy and slightly tepid tried it. Very easy and quick cake. First caramelized sugar syrup and honey get a nice color, but next time will diminished somewhat less sugar. Congratulations for the recipe! :)
