Apple strudel with puff pastry - II type

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
200 g canned apples
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 chopped nuts
1 yolk spreads
#Optional :
more walnuts, almonds, raisins

Method
To apples (grated or diced) add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and the walnuts. Puff dough divide into three imaginary parts of which both end mode on vertical strips of 2-3 cm. Spread the filling in the middle part. Do weave strips of dough as * close * filling, alternating left and right strip. Strudel is coated with 1 beaten egg yolk and bake at 180C degrees to browning. Optional is served sprinkled with powdered sugar.
