Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) milk
5 eggs
parsley
flour
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Boil peeled potatoes in salted water. Compress and add to milk, eggs, chopped parsley and add salt to taste. Formed into balls that are rolled in flour and fry in the oil.

Add cheese, it is much nicer.
With black pepper also going well.
