African dessert

Ingredients
5 bananas
1/3 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp brown sugar
2/3 cup coconut
1 tbsp butter

Method
Cut each banana into four pieces. Arrange them in the not too big an oily baking cakes. In the middle put the butter. Pour banana with orange and lemon juice. Sprinkle it with brown sugar and coconut. Bake for 8-10 minutes on high heat until lightly browned coconut on top.

is a sumptuous dessert has a slightly sour taste of orange and lemon juice and sweet at the same time. Because it did not have brown sugar sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and combined with coconut became a unique taste. I topped it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bravo for CORNELIA good recipe. Remains in love.
