O Choco Tart (Tarte au chocolat)

150 g flour
100 g soft butter
50 g sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
white beans or peas (dry) for baking
100 g of dark chocolate
150 ml milk
150 ml cream
65 g sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
1 vanilla
20-30 ml brandy or Cointreau
3 eggs

From the butter, sugar, flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt mix dough, which is left for one hour in the cold. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Form are flour baking, the dough is placed into it and press down gently. Insert the top baking paper and pour it on the beans or peas to not inflate the dough during baking. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 C for about 15 minutes. Discard the paper and beans. Milk, cream, second sugar, cocoa and brandy getting hot in the pot. Chocolate cut into small pieces and add to melt. Eggs are broken down separately and pour a thin stream while beating. The mixture is poured over baked base and bake again at 180 C 20-25 minutes. The dough can be baked in muffin shapes by cutting a bowl. They pour the chocolate mixture. If left excess dough may be scorched hearts for example, which are then decorated.

Rally, something I can not understand - dough can be baked in muffin shapes by cutting a bowl. What and how to cut?

After Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut circles with a bowl because of glass are very small. These circles are placed in baking pans of muffins, baked and filled with chocolate mixture, then bake again. I've got a picture, but probably tomorrow will see.

Now is lit up. You know some must be explained in more detail.

Reni, this is one of the most popular French chocolate cakes / pastries /. We also like it a lot and had some time ago periosteum, when I did it very often. Recipes tart o Shoko is like sand in the sea. Few of them are successful, ie I personally tried many, until I found the perfect recipe for me. Glad you served well :) The pictures are wonderful :)

Tart-and was very tasty, with a very nice texture and not too sweet. Since I could not wait, still almost warm tried it and it was nice, but not quite what I expected. As it cooled I liked very crunchy biscuit crust and dense and smooth chocolate cream. Rally and congratulated me for another great recipe!
