Andalusian salad with tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients
300 g tomatoes
300 g peppers
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
parsley
garlic
onions
1/2 apple
1 egg
1/2 cucumber
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned peppers are placed in a small amount of salted water and boiled for 5 minutes. Once cool, cut into julienne. Tomatoes are dipped briefly in boiling water, peel and cut into thin pieces ka. The salt was dissolved in the vinegar, add pepper and while stirring, the specified amount was placed sunflower oil. Mix with chopped parsley, garlic, onion, apple, boiled egg and grated cucumber. Peppers and tomatoes in salad are arranged and watered with topping.
