Appetizer of pig hearts

2 pig hearts (about 500-600 g)
4 onions
5 tbsp sweet corn canned
1 red pepper
80 g cheese
sunflower oil, savory
# For the marinade:
1 tsp salt
15-20 peppercorns
1-2 grains allspice, 1 bay leaf

Clean the hearts of the blood vessels and veins, nice wash and boil with products marinade for about two hours. If you have a pressure cooker cook them in it. Then cut them into slices and transfer them in a buttered baking dish. On them distribute in large pieces cut onions, corn and pepper julienne. Sprinkle with a little salt and 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil and bake until soft vegetables for about 15 minutes, put the pan on top of the oven BBQ. Then remove the top and arrange the small pieces of cheese and sprinkle with a little savory or another spice as curry powder or pepper. Back in the oven to melt the cheese.
