Apple medallions with cream ham

Ingredients
250 g ham
200 g butter
300 g whipped cream
5 hard boiled eggs
4 large red apples
100 g sauce of finely grated horseradish with vinegar
dill or parsley
Method
The ham was cut into pieces and ground with a mixer. Was added to the softened butter and mixed to a smooth cream. Add cream and mix everything and fluffy foam. Egg yolks are crushed and mixed with horseradish sauce. Wash and dry apples are cut into circles with thickness 7-8 mm, without peel and core them carefully removed. Circles are smeared with yolk sauce and sprinkle with grated part of the egg whites. Top sprayed the cream of ham. Medalyonchetata be kept in the refrigerator, covered with foil. Before serving decorate with the remaining egg whites and sprigs of dill or parsley.
