Apples baked in batter

Ingredients
500 g of apples
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cognac
250 g flour
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup milk
Method
Apples are peeled, cleaned, cut into thin slices, arranged in a bowl, sprinkle with 2 tbsp sugar and pour brandy. Flour, eggs, salt, and milk are mixed thoroughly broken and mixed with apples. Pour into greased with butter form and put in preheated to 180 C oven for 45 minutes. The form is removed after 10-15 minutes turning on a plate. Apples can be served hot or cold.
