1 jar pickled krastvichki (800 g)
1 large onion
300 ml cucumber marinade - from the jar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil (olive oil )

The fish is cut into thick slices and arrange in pan. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper. Cut a jar of pickled krastvichki and a large onion. Pour water into the tray of pickles the fish, sprinkle with sunflower oil and put in the oven. Bake until the water evaporates. Fish becomes tvardichka slightly sour by pickles, aroma of onions. * The dish can be served with a side dish of sautéed potatoes, mashed potatoes or other optional.
