Asparagus in Seville

Ingredients
600 g asparagus
1 slice white bread
1 egg
1 clove garlic
vinegar
sunflower oil
salt
Method
Asparagus is cleaned and cut hard edges. Garlic bread and fried in sunflower oil, are removed, and the remaining oil add asparagus, pour a little boiling water, add salt and stew until soft. Meanwhile Grind garlic bread and a little vinegar, add finely chopped boiled egg and served with asparagus.
