Avocado stuffed with ham

Ingredients
3 avocado
150 g ham
4 tbsp cream
1 tbsp cognac
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 drops of hot sauce Tabasco
ground white pepper
salt
dill
lemon
Method
Ham cut into small cubes and grind cream in kitchen combine. Add the cream and cognac and mix well. Season with hot sauce, ground white pepper and salt to taste. Avocados are washed, blotted dry, cut into halves lengthwise and cleared of stones. Immediately sprayed with lemon juice to not darken. Half arrange in a serving plate and place the notch on the stone is filled with cream of ham. The appetizer was kept in the refrigerator. Before serving garnish with sprigs of dill and lemon polukragcheta.
