Baked with cottage cheese and roasted peppers

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
1 jar (800 g) roasted peppers
1 bunch of onion
1 bunch garlic
3-4 tbsp olive oil
# TOPPING:
2 egg whites
3-4 sprigs of dill
Method
The bottom of the vessel from Jena glass oil with olive oil and cover with canned peppers. Garlic and onions cut into rings and sprinkle on pepper. Above is allocated the cottage cheese, as is pressed gently with a knife. The procedure is repeated until the products run out. After the last layer of cottage cheese bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes. Prepare topping by egg whites are separated, broken on snow and thereto was added finely chopped dill. When the cottage cheese is browned, the covering medium is applied on the dish. Returns in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
