Fish soup mackerel in Burgas

2 fish mackerel
1 onion
5 potatoes
3 carrots
50 ml sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lovage
1 tbsp celery
2 tsp paprika
5 tbsp wheat semolina
pepper, salt

The fish are eviscerated, head and gills. Washed and boiled for purposes from time to time to remove the foam. Once cooked, strain the broth and set aside. Boned fish very well. In a deep pan pour the oil, add the red pepper and finely chopped onions and carrots. Fry gently, then pour a little water and put the lid to stew vegetables. Fish with vegetables and minced meat garlic are added to the pot with the broth. Add the diced potatoes, lovage, celery, salt and pepper. When the potatoes are cooked and the soup seems ready, gradually add the wheat semolina and simmer another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
