Baked with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and corn

Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes
200 g sterilized mushrooms
100 g sweet corn
6 pickles
2 cubes chicken broth
200 g cheese
salt, pepper

Method
Potatoes peel and cut into cubes. Boil in water with bouillon cubes. Then most of the water was poured, and the potatoes are creased puree. In a greased pan pour half of the puree. Top distributed pickles, corn, chopped mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper. Cover with remaining sauce, with oil and bake 20 minutes at 200 C. Sprinkle with cheese and bake again to pinking.

I made baked, put salami. Became very tasty, great for garnish! :-)
