Baklava with filo pastry

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
pinch of salt
melted butter
# For the filling:
1 kg cleaned walnuts
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
# For the syrup:
1.5 kg sugar
1 tsp citric acid

Method
From the sifted flour, 2 cups lukewarm water and salt mix a soft dough. Allow to rest for half an hour, then broken into 40-50 balls and rolled wafers with very fine size of the tray, which will bake baklava. Kernels finely and mix with cinnamon and cloves. Corey lining up on each other in a greased with butter tray. Each crust is brushed with melted butter, and in two sheets spread of the stuffing. Between the last three sheets not put stuffing. divinely Baklava is cut with a sharp knife of diamonds and pour heated butter. Bake in a moderate oven until well browned, then leave to cool. From the sugar and 1.5 liters of water is boiled moderately thick syrup. Before you remove from heat, add citric acid. cold baklava pour the boiling syrup and let stand overnight to be soaked. Serve the next day.

Today I made baklava. Tomorrow will see the result. I could not cut it into as nice as you, but nothing. For the first time I think it's gotten better.

Nelly, you at what temperature to bake baklava. I Peko 150 * with a fan, but the result did not like much. I think that should be baked at low temperatures of, like dried. Senta write to you if you make it! The aroma is superb! After a few days will try again and then you will appreciate.

Ive, I think that baklava is better to bake in a moderate oven, not weaker. Somehow I do not see it possible to dry and straight have to bake ...
