Baklava from semolina

Ingredients
200 g semolina
150 g butter
150 g ground walnuts
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
100 g raisins
# For the syrup:
500 g sugar
400 ml water
juice of 1 lemon
1 vanilla
Method
The butter is melted and mixed with 3 tbsp sugar. Add eggs one at a time, meal, the walnuts, raisins and baking powder. Mix and pour into a greased tray. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden. When cool, cut into squares. Of water and the sugar syrup is made. Vary to drop flat bowl, add vanilla and lemon juice. After five minutes with him pour baklava. This baklava can be consumed after 3 hours.
