Ingredients
4 bananas
1 orange
pinch of grated nutmeg
3 tbsp brown sugar
75 ml dark rum
20 g melted butter
5 tbsp drained yogurt or whipped cream cooker
Method
Banana Peel and cut into thick slices diagonally and arrange in a shallow pan. Mix in a bowl of orange juice and grated sheet, nutmeg, sugar, rum and melted butter. The finished mixture is poured on bananas. Bake until golden and inflate (10 min). Serve hot, drained flooded with milk or cream.
