400-500 g puff pastry (2 sheets)
200 g chicken (boiled and fragmented into small pieces)
1 stalk green onion
150 g feta cheese Parmesan or other hard feta cheese (grated)

In a greased baking pan spread a sheet puff pastry. Beat eggs and add chicken, chopped onion, grated carrot and the feta cheese. Pour the mixture on top and spread the second sheet puff pastry. Shape as curb edges and cut to form pieces. Bake at 200-220 C until ready.
