Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 cup milk
500 g yogurt
1 baking powder
300 g cheese
Method
The bottom of the tray is smeared with a little sunflower oil. Peel one by one gather from the edges inward like roses, like sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese and arrange in pan. Eggs are broken, add the oil, milk and yogurt broken with baking powder. Upon the addition of yogurt the mixture was stirred gently. With the thus obtained mixture is poured over the sheet so as to cover them. Bake in preheated oven until golden. After baking tray turning over two or four cups (the edges of the tray rest on the cups) in order to enable the banitsa remain fluffy.
